Returns and Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be clear and customer-friendly. Here's how it works:

Eligibility for Full Refund within 2 Days of receipt for Non-functional Licenses:

If you receive a license that doesn't work, contact our support team. We'll first verify if the issue is due to the license itself and not external factors (like incorrect installation, wrong product version, system corruption due to malware, etc.). If the license is indeed unusable, you're entitled to a full refund.

Full Refund for Non-Delivery within 2 Days:

If you haven't received your license at all, as per the delivery terms mentioned, you can claim a full refund within two days.

No Refund for Working Licenses:

If you've received a working license, we do not offer a refund. This is in line with UK https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds and EU Returns legislation https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm for Digital Goods.

Software Products are Non-Refundable After Receipt, except in the case of point 1, 2 and 3.:

Once the license is delivered, it cannot be returned, adhering to UK and EU Returns legislation for Software Goods.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. We will respond within 12 hours and then your refund will be processed, most payment providers advise 4-7 working days for you to receive the refund.

License Activation Check:

SoftDeals reserves the right to verify if the license was activated post-purchase. If it's found to be activated, we may refuse a refund, especially in cases of suspected fraud. Such instances may be reported to local authorities.

Payment and Refund Methods:

Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method. For credit/debit card payments, the refund will go back to the same card. For PayPal transactions, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

Unethical Orders & Cancellation Policy:

Orders made through unethical means, exploiting technical glitches, or misusing offers will be cancelled

Refund Cycle Duration:

The complete refund process typically takes about 2-3 working days from the date of refund confirmation.

Warranty: The licences are warranted for 12 months.
